Your Whole Project Stays With One MRCOOL® Specialist
Every system we install is a MRCOOL® heat pump or ductless mini-split, fitted in Massachusetts homes since 2020. Focusing on one brand means we know its whole lineup. Below is every service we offer, sorted into home and commercial work.
We were the nation's first MRCOOL® franchisee, so we buy straight from the manufacturer. With no middleman taking a cut, those savings show up as a lower price on your quote. Stock sits in our own warehouse too, so your install date follows our calendar, not a shipping estimate.
From there, the company that sizes your system is the same one that installs it, so the plan from your estimate visit is the plan on install day.
Residential Services
Ductless Mini-Split Services
MRCOOL® ductless mini-splits heat and cool a room with no ductwork. Each room gets its own indoor unit, called a zone, and one outdoor unit can run several zones.
That makes mini-splits a good fit for homes with window units, baseboard heat or no ducts. We set up one-room systems and whole-house systems, with units on the wall or in the ceiling.
- Ductless Mini-Split Installation & Replacement
- Single-Zone Mini-Split Installation
- Multi-Zone Mini-Split Installation
- Ceiling Cassette Installation
Heat Pump Services
Already have ductwork? A whole-home MRCOOL® heat pump can use it. A ducted heat pump takes the place of a furnace or central air conditioner. Then one system does the heating and the cooling. Some jobs need a new air handler too, the fan that moves the air.
For cold winters, we fit MRCOOL's Hyper Heat models. They meet ENERGY STAR's cold-climate standard. We can also add a smart thermostat, so you can run the system from your phone.

- Central Ducted Heat Pump Installation
- Air Handler Installation
- Cold-Climate Heat Pump Installation

Fuel Conversion Services
Switching from oil, propane or gas to an electric heat pump gives you one system for both seasons. It becomes your main heat in winter and cools the house in summer.
Making the heat pump your main heat unlocks the larger Mass Save rebate. In 2026, that whole-home rebate pays $2,650 per ton of heating power, up to $8,500. A heat pump that only adds to your old system earns $1,125 per ton instead.
- Oil to Heat Pump Conversion
- Propane to Heat Pump Conversion
- Gas to Heat Pump Conversion
Heat Pump Rebate and Financing Services
Claiming every heat pump rebate your home can get is part of our job. Most start with a free Mass Save Home Energy Assessment. We can refer an auditor we use. That visit also opens the 0% Mass Save HEAT Loan, so apply before the install.
Then, after the install, we file the rebate forms with Mass Save or your town-run power company. Since the federal 25C tax credit ran out after 2025, these programs now carry the savings.
Heat Pump Servicing
Servicing covers the MRCOOL® systems we installed, single mini-splits and whole-home heat pumps alike. If yours needs a look later, call the number you booked with, and the crew that comes out already knows how it was set up.

- Ductless Mini-Split Servicing
Commercial Heat Pump Installation
Commercial installs carry the same credentials as our home work. Peach Heat and Cool is listed in the Mass Save® Heat Pump Installer Network, and our owner holds an EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant License. Your building committee can check both before signing.
Commercial Ductless Mini-Split Installation
Mini-splits skip ductwork, which suits churches, older buildings and offices with finished ceilings. Each space runs on its own controls, so a church can warm its sanctuary for services while empty rooms stay off.
- Commercial Single-Zone Mini-Split Installation
- Commercial Multi-Zone Mini-Split Installation
- Commercial Ceiling Cassette Installation
Commercial Ducted Heat Pump Installation
Offices and shops with working ducts can move to a heat pump with their ceilings left as they are. A ducted MRCOOL® heat pump connects to the ductwork already there, so the building keeps its layout while the old equipment comes out.
- Commercial Heat Pump Replacement
- Commercial Air Handler Installation
- Commercial Cold-Climate Heat Pump Installation
- Commercial Smart Thermostat Installation
Commercial Fuel Conversion
Moving a church or business off oil or propane ends its fuel deliveries for good. Gas-heated buildings can switch as well. After that, heating and cooling run on one electric bill.
- Commercial Oil to Heat Pump Conversion
- Commercial Propane to Heat Pump Conversion
- Commercial Gas to Heat Pump Conversion
Commercial Heat Pump Rebates
Commercial rebates follow their own rules, and every project now needs Mass Save approval before install day. We handle that paperwork first, so your rebate is promised before a single unit goes up.

Buildings We Heat and Cool
We install heat pumps in churches, offices, stores, schools and other commercial buildings across Massachusetts. Our commercial case studies walk through two church projects, unit by unit.

Start With a 20-Minute Look at Your Home
Call (774) 433-1398, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, to book a free in-home estimate for heat pump and mini-split installation. The visit takes about 20 minutes.
Our owner walks the house with you and answers questions as they come up. The quote follows afterward, with your rebate program named on it. Churches and businesses book the same free estimate for commercial heat pump installation, and we walk the building instead.
Coverage depends on drive time from our warehouse. A town missing from this list may still be in range, and one phone call settles it.

Peach Heat and Cool Customer Stories
See What Our Clients Are Saying
We were intrigued by the concept of a heat pump and sat down with Dave who explained the whole concept to us. He was passionate in his description and you could tell he wasn't selling us on the idea, just speaking about something he was passionate about. Fast forward, and we love our heat pump, and instant jump to central air due to the nature of how it just works. Absolutely get one, and absolutely get it here.
Kevin Rego I had a great experience with Peach Heat and Cool. They were punctual, clean, and very professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to resolve my issue — they contacted Mr. Cool directly, handled everything with the warranty, and ordered the necessary parts at no cost to me. The labor rate was also very reasonable and affordable. It's rare to find a company that’s this honest and efficient. Highly recommended!
Sandro Silva Dave was a pleasure to work with through our heating and cooling installation. The Peach Heat and Cool install team went above and beyond to ensure we had as little disruption to our interior as possible, they installed through the walls and attic flawlessly. Dave was knowledgeable, punctual, and personable from start to finish. My husband and I appreciated how considerate Dave was to our tenants during the install process, our tenants provided Dave and team a 5 star review as well!
Jackie Sheehan Dave Peach was so great to work with! He installed a heat pump HVAC system and heat pump hot water heater in our Dorchester condo. He helped us navigate the Mass Save loan and rebate processes, and was very responsive as questions came up. The work he did was excellent, including fixing some janky ductwork the developer left us with from the original HVAC install. He was courteous and professional at every step, and did it all at half the cost of other Boston companies offering comparable services. I definitely recommend Peach Heat and Cool!
